The Hamburger Cake
3 layers of yellow and chocolate cake, with homemade fudge and buttercream fillings, decorated to look like a hamburger.
At the Beach Cake:
Yellow and chocolate cake, fudge filling, buttercream frosting, beach and ocean decorations.
The Hazelnut Cake:
Roasted and ground hazelnuts in the cake batter and frosting, covered in chocolate shavings.
The Raspberry Torte:
European raspberry-filled white cake, a thin layer of chocolate buttercream, covered in delicious chocolate ganache from Sweden, surrounded by coconut macaroons.
The Lemon Raspberry Cake:
3 layers of yellow cake, with raspberry and lemon fillings, covered in our homemade vanilla buttercream, and seasonally decorated - a winner!
Coconut Cake:
Yellow or chocolate cake, coconut buttercream, covered in shredded coconut.
Boston Cream Pie Cake:
Yellow cake, vanilla custard, adn chocolate fudge frosting in a clear cake collar.
Strawberry Shortcake (seasonal)

With our homemade cream cheese frosting.
