I buy these for my dad on his birthday and Father’s day. He keeps them in the freezer and eats 1-2 a week as a treat. He says they are delicious!!

i'm sure there are those who would be able to 'slam' these macaroons, and i've read a few negative reviews, but; who needs THOSE people? i had the very great fortune to live in belmar (86~91) where i promplty discovered the 'mac' shop, and never turned back, other bakers can only WISH they could make macaroons as good!
